Panasonic released two new models of AVCHD camcorders - HDC-SD100 and HDC-HS100 recording in full-HD resolution on a memory card, the HDC-HS100 model allows you to record even on a built-in hard drive volume of 60 Gb.

These models have a number of innovations, among which in the first row is a new matrix, and/or even 3MOP system (MOS) matrices, which, as claimed by developers, with almost double the superiority in light in comparison with similar CCD matrices, thereby receiving better, with better color and saturation, videos in low light conditions.

Moreover, both camcorders has a new lens Leica Dicomar made of low dispersion glass. And the use of lenses with a high refraction, allowing developers fit such a lens with 12x zoom in corpus compact size. In addition to this, as a stabilizer used proprietary optical image stabilization system Advanced OIS, compensating shake hands and track such changes in the 4000 second.

An additional convenience, designed for developers, a manual control ring, located on the lens, via which the owner of camcorders takes control of management and focus settings, and exposure increases. Among other convenient innovations that have occurred in HDC-SD100 and HDC-HS100, mark the feature of screen assistant, servant to accurately adjust the exposure in a complex lighting and hints as to avoid making the wrong result. For those who shoot in automatic mode, an intellectual function automatically setting “iA”, independently controlling the inclusion and removal of all functions described above camcorders.
